Right now in Panama City, the Degrees Initiative and the Emmett Institute on Climate Change & the Environment are holding a briefing at the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (Parlatino). Degrees-funded Latin American SRM experts Ines Camilloni and Francisco Estrada are presenting their research directly to regional policymakers.
